My first review would definitely be on my to-die-for chef. :P

His website is flooded with healthy recipes, as the man himself believe strongly on healthy eating. He even has several ongoing campaigns, and had many successful ones too. One of which is the Feed Me Better campaign, which I can greatly relate to as it was meant to educate the important role of food in the development of children's education.

Reinforcing that his website is full of healthy recipes, this would be really useful when trying to introduce the students to healthy recipes that they can include in their coursework. In addition, there are video recipes included in the website as well. This would help facilitate in familiarizing the preparation of the dishes, before executing/trying out the recipes themselves.

Furthermore, the layout of his website is simple, thus student-friendly. It is really easy to search for the recipes, especially since there are several options, such as to view the recipes grouped by the different cooking methods.

In my opinion, Jamie Oliver's website is one of those that can be used as a tool, in search for a variety of healthy recipes. This may be useful for the students when doing their coursework, as well as the teachers when they have a craving for a change or to introduce something different to the students during practical sessions. Furthermore, one does not need to be a member of his website to fully access his recipes. What is not to like when it is FREE! :P
